first of all, when you go to whole foods this month, pick up about 300 of the coupon books in the front. ha, just kidding. or am i? i swiped 4 today. the coupons are so good.

anyway, muir glen organic tomato paste is 19 cents! with a $1 off coupon in the booklet.
braeburn apples are $1 per LB!
green and red leaf lettuce are $1!
organic tangelos(sweet oranges) $1/LB !
organic chicken broth $1.25!
natural mac n cheese $1 !
french bread from the bakery $1 !

and did you know you could freez mashed up avocado? mix it with lime juice and put it in your freezer in an airtight container. hmmmm....i'll have to try it.

wholefoods is having a one day sale..that is awesome. the flaxseed would be 1.69 with the coupon you'll find in the front of the store.

i know i posted this one the other day...when it was in dayton...but now this livingsocial deal is in KC and it's $5 cheaper. booya. all this(there are other packages too) for $25 and my sis got this in the mail the other day--it came with some reusable shopping bags. fun!

i was at whole foods tonight on 91st and metcalf and they are doing some weird closeouts. so on every isle you'll find several of these deals...they are on white tags, not yellow. but you'll see what i'm talking about. i got spicy mustard for 99cents. cereal for 99cents, salad dressing for $1.50...and on and on. lots of deals to be had...
